How quickly can I get my store online?

Extremely quickly. Most businesses are live within the same day they sign up. The domain connection takes around 5–10 minutes; your first product can be published in under 60 seconds after that.

If you already have products in mind and your domain ready, you could realistically go from "never heard of XLeShop" to "taking live orders" in a single afternoon.

Do I need any technical knowledge to use XLeShop?

None whatsoever. If you can use WhatsApp, you can use XLeShop. We've designed every part of the platform to be usable by someone who has never set up an online store before.

Our customers include home cooks in their 50s who got their first smartphone a few years ago, and high-volume grocery operators managing hundreds of daily orders. The platform works for both.

What kind of businesses is XLeShop designed for?

How much does XLeShop cost?

XLeShop offers two plans:

  • Starter — ₹499/month: Up to 100 products, branded domain, all pages, email and chat support
  • Growth — ₹999/month: Unlimited products, domain migration, 1,000+ daily transactions, phone, email, and chat support

Both plans are billed monthly with no setup fee, no annual contract required, and absolutely no commission on your sales.

Are there any hidden fees or commission on sales?

No. None at all. You keep 100% of every sale. We do not take a percentage of your revenue, charge per-transaction fees, or bill you for any usage above the monthly subscription.

The price you see is the only price you pay. This is one of the things that makes XLeShop fundamentally different from many other e-commerce platforms that take 2–5% of every sale forever.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time and you will not be billed for the next period. We will not hold your data or your domain hostage if you decide to leave.

What payment methods do you accept?

We support common payment methods for our Indian and international customers. Contact us at contact@xleshop.com and we'll arrange a payment method that works for you.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?

Yes. You can change your plan at any time. If you upgrade, the difference is billed immediately. If you downgrade, the new rate applies from your next billing cycle. Contact our support team to make plan changes.

🌐 Domain & setup

Can I use my existing domain (e.g. mybrand.com)?

Yes — this is the standard setup. You point your existing domain to your XLeShop store and your customers see your brand name in the URL, not ours. We walk you through the DNS configuration step by step.

If your domain is with a registrar like GoDaddy, Namecheap, BigRock, or any other provider, the process is straightforward and we guide you through it.

What does "domain migration" mean and do I need it?

Domain migration means transferring the registration of your domain from one registrar to another. You may need this if your current domain registrar is inconvenient to work with, or if you want to consolidate management.

Migration is typically not required — most businesses simply point their existing domain to XLeShop by updating DNS records, which takes a few minutes and doesn't disrupt your existing website during the process.

If you do need a full migration, we handle it for you as part of the Growth plan. There is zero downtime when done correctly.

What if I don't have a domain yet?

We'll help you register one. Domain names typically cost ₹700–₹1,200/year depending on the extension (.com, .co.in, .in, .co.uk, etc.). This is a separate cost from your XLeShop subscription and goes directly to the domain registrar.

We recommend choosing a domain that is short, matches your brand name, and is easy to remember and spell.

Is SSL (HTTPS) included?

Yes. SSL is included and configured automatically. Your store will always run on HTTPS — meaning customer data is encrypted and the browser shows a lock icon in the address bar. This is essential for customer trust and is included at no extra cost.

How long does the initial setup take?

The typical setup timeline is:

  • Account creation: 2 minutes
  • Domain connection: 5–15 minutes (DNS propagation can take up to 24–48 hours in rare cases, but is usually instant)
  • First product live: Under 60 seconds after setup

Most businesses go live on the same day they contact us.

📦 Products & catalog

How many products can I list?

On the Starter plan, you can list up to 100 products. On the Growth plan, there is no limit — our customers include stores with 500+ active products.

How do I add a new product? How long does it take?

Adding a product is simple: enter the name, description, price, and upload a photo. Then click Publish. The product is live on your store in under 60 seconds — no waiting, no review process.

You can do this from any device — desktop, tablet, or mobile phone.

Can I organise products into categories?

Yes. You can create categories (e.g. Sweets, Savouries, Beverages) and assign products to them. Customers can then browse by category on your storefront, making it easier to find what they want.

Can I update product prices and availability instantly?

Yes. Changes to price, description, images, or availability are live the moment you save them. There is no delay and no approval required. This makes running flash sales or updating seasonal products simple.

What kind of product photos work best?

Clear, well-lit photos on a neutral background work best. A good photo taken on a modern smartphone is more than sufficient. You do not need professional photography equipment.

Tips: natural daylight, clean background (a white table or wall), product filling most of the frame, no blurring. That's it.

🛒 Orders & customers

How many orders can my store handle per day?

The Growth plan supports 1,000+ transactions per day. We have customers handling this volume daily without any platform-level issues. If you expect very unusual volume spikes, contact us in advance and we'll make sure everything is configured for peak traffic.

How do I manage incoming orders?

All orders appear in your admin dashboard the moment they're placed. You'll see the customer's details, what they ordered, and the current status. You can update order status (received → processing → dispatched → delivered) and customers can track their orders using their order ID and email.

How do customers pay for orders?

Payment methods are configured based on what works for your business and your customers. XLeShop supports integration with common payment systems. Contact us to discuss the best payment setup for your specific market (India, UK, or other).

Can customers track their orders?

Yes. Every order gets a unique order ID and a tracking link. Customers can visit your order status page and check the current status of their order at any time. When you update the status in your dashboard, the change is reflected immediately for the customer.

What happens if my store goes down?

We maintain 99.9% uptime for all stores. In the unlikely event of an issue, contact us immediately and we will treat it as a priority. We monitor platform health continuously and most issues are resolved before customers even notice.

Do you help with the initial setup?

Yes. We guide every new customer through the initial setup. This includes domain connection, store configuration, and adding your first products. You are never left to figure it out on your own.

Can I get help in Hindi or Telugu?

Yes. Our support team can communicate in Hindi and Telugu in addition to English. Please let us know your preferred language when you reach out and we'll do our best to assist you in the language you're most comfortable with.
